Counselor and Practice Owner

Tiffaney Smith- M.A., LPC-Associate, CCTS-I

Hello! I am a graduate of Liberty University with a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, two undergraduate degrees including a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice. I am also a member of the American Counseling Association, Texas Counseling Association, and American Association of Christian Counselors.

My background includes 15+ years providing social work and mental health services working with a wonderfully diverse variety of individuals from all walks of life across the US. I am also a proud mother of three, former Army Veteran wife, current Army ADV mother, Navy Veteran daughter and Navy granddaughter. I have lived in the beautiful city of Keller, Texas with my husband, children and Daug since 2020.

Throughout my career, I have assisted individuals process through and overcome a wide variety of challenges. Some who desire simpler life adjustments like establishing more organization in their daily routines to others working through deeply traumatic experiences such as sexual assault or other life altering events. Children and teens, a significantly underserved population, especially have a big place in my heart. There is nothing more sacred than being part of a child’s healing journey and watching them step into a healthy future. One thing I have been told consistently by my clients is that my calm, non-judgmental and empathic demeanor helps them feel cared for, understood and able to share openly. I aim to create this experience with everyone.

Mosaic Counseling and Wellness Center has been a long-time vision as a place where individuals can be seen and served according to their unique design, experiences and purpose. Too often, especially in the field of healthcare, people are shuffled through the diagnosis process and placed into boxes where the practitioner assumes field designated treatment for said box should “do the trick.” However, many people find themselves feeling unheard, dismissed, dissatisfied, left wondering what to do next or giving up entirely. Not here.

At Mosaic you will find experienced, empathetic, integrative/holistic minded professionals meeting you where you are and who take the time needed to get to know you and build a treatment plan with your consent and collaboration. Together we will walk this journey of your self discovery, acceptance and home finding.

I love people and have had the privilege to see and be part of so many lives changed for the better. Nothing is unfixable. If you are in, so am I.
